Under Richard Brasier's expert guidance, explore playing repertoire from the 19 and 20th centuries using period accessories such as the Walze (foot-operated crescendo device), and the Frei Kombinationen system on the 1886 Walcker organ of London's German Church, the UK's oldest centre for German Lutheran worship.
What to prepare
19th and early 20th-century German and/or English organ music.
Composers can include, but are not limited to Mendelssohn, Schumann, Brahms, Liszt, Reubke, Reger, Karg-Elert, Parry, Stanford, Elgar.
