Whether in charge of a large department in an ecclesiatical or educational setting, or leading a small choir in a local church, we can all benefit from refreshing and developing our leadership skills to help us and our fellow musicians function at our best.
This Working Webinar, presented with our partner organisation the Musicians' Union, is led by Tansy Castledine, Director of Music at Peterborough Cathedral. Tansy holds the National Professional Qualification in Senior Leadership (NPQSL). Over the course of her distinguished career she has held senior positions in school and university music, led music at parish church level, conducted choral societies and much more. Her teaching on The Organ Student Experience Week (TOSE), as leader of the choral programme, has inspired many teenage organists.
