Individual teaching can be an important part of an organist's work, bringing in additional income, providing satisfaction in helping others to master the instrument we so much enjoy performing on, and informing our own playing. In this Working Webinar, RCO Accredited Teacher Robin Harrison outlines strategies for building and sustaining a teaching practice. In addition to in-person teaching, as The Maestro Online, Robin has built a successful online teaching platform. His presentation will include tips on teaching successfully over the internet.
Robin will be joined by David Barnard, Musicians' Union Education Official, who will outline the support offered by the MU to private instrumental teachers. RCO members can join the MU at a discounted rate for which membership of both organisations is available for the price of regular MU membership. Click here for further details.
This webinar is offered free of charge but you must be an RCO member to attend. Click here [events @ rco.org.uk] to send an email to register for the webinar. Click here to find out about RCO membership - you can join online instantly.
