The College is partnering with the Musical Museum for a day featuring the Museum’s 12-rank Wurlitzer from the Regal Cinema, Kingston upon Thames. The event features sessions on theatre organ registration and technique, together with silent film accompaniment and historical insights from leading practitioners Simon Gledhill, Richard Hills and Donald MacKenzie. Technical information from experts maintaining these wonderful instruments around the country will also form part of the programme and the day ends with an optional concert (bookable separately) played by the presenters.
