Comments after 2009 Course:
The course delivered beyond my expectations in every way
I highly recommend this course
Extremely helpful in how to prepare for the exam
This much-appreciated course offers in-depth tuition for those preparing for or considering taking CertRCO, ARCO and FRCO. All aspects of the regulations will be covered. We shall be resident at Merton College, Oxford and will use some of the citys finest organs for tuition. The Colleges President David Sanger is joined on the tutorial team by Stephen Farr, Anne Page and Gareth Wilson, and by RCO staff members Andrew McCrea, James Parsons and Simon Williams.
Running alongside us, also at Merton College, will be the fourth and final annual conference on The British Organ, promoted by Oxford University Music Facultys Betts Fund and the British Institute of Organ Studies, the theme for which is 'The British Organ in the Twentieth Century and Beyond'. Further details, together with a call for papers, are available here or from Dr Katharine Pardee, or write to her at Wadham College, Parks Road, Oxford, OX1 3PN. A number of joint events will take place across the two conferences, including recitals by David Sanger and Anne Page.
