Wherever you are in your career as an organist or choral director, the RCO can support your professional development.

We provide a range of services, support and information to help you from the very earliest stages – such as deciding how best to progress your higher education goals – through to launching, establishing and building your career.

Online Learning

iRCO, our digital content hub, contains hundreds of videos, articles and downloads, helping you tackle everything from organ scholarships to working with orchestras, diversifying your career, or building a new teaching practice. Visit iRCO.
