RCO confers awards at Southwark Cathedral
The Royal College of Organists has conferred awards on 49 members at its annual Conferment Ceremony.
Members from the UK and overseas were conferred with Fellowship of the College (FRCO) and Associateship of the College (ARCO), and were presented with Diploma in Choral Directing and the Certificate of the College.
Awards were presented by RCO President James O’Donnell.
The ceremony, which took place on Saturday 12th March at the Southwark Cathedral, London, closed with the Ede & Ravenscroft Recital, in which David Titterington, Head of Organ Studies at the Royal Academy of Music, played music by Watkins, JS Bach, Widor, CPE Bach and Eben.
