Organ practice facilities at Freemasons’ Hall for RCO Members

The United Grand Lodge of England (UGLE) is extending its generosity to the Royal College of Organists by allowing Members to book practice time free of charge on the organs in the Grand Temple and in Room 10 at Freemasons’ Hall, 60 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5AZ.

The organ in the Grand Temple was built by Henry Willis III and restored and enlarged by Harrison & Harrison in 2015. It has five divisions spread over three manuals and pedal. Room 10 is home to a 2017 three-manual and pedal Regent Classic digital organ.

Both organs can be booked during opening hours, subject to availability. For more information on the terms and conditions of this exclusive access arrangement, members should visit the Latest Member Benefits page in the Members’ Area of this website – please click here and then sign in as usual.
