ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS
Students are responsible for their own arrangements with regard to accommodation/meals. We will send you suggestions for accommodation in the area, and have provisionally reserved a number of places at Sundial Court , six-minutes' walk from St Giles, for course members to book bed & breakfast. Sundial Court now charges VAT on accommodation, and the 2015 rates are as follows: £49.18 for B&B; £10 for dinner (can be booked by non-residents). Eating dinner at Sundial Court allows you easily to enjoy the company of other course members. We recommend this option to those attending the Course for the first time. Email sundial@gsmd.ac.uk to secure your accommodation and/or book dinner, quoting 'RCO Academy Summer Course' as the reference.

UNDER 18s
We welcome bookings from young organists. Those who are under 18 on the first day of the course must be under the supervision of an adult at all times. If the organisers feel that at any time that the level of supervision is insufficient, then the student's parent/guardian may be asked to remove the student from the course. We ask that the adult supervisor be named when booking. No charge is made for accompanying adults supervising a student aged under 18 provided that they do not seek to benefit directly from the course.
